This policy applies to the StonksAI mobile application and the backend services used to operate it.

StonksAI is planning software for self-directed retail investors. It does not provide:

• Live brokerage account linking
• Order placement, review or execution
• Custody of user assets
• Payment processing
• Subscription billing

Where the app offers a one-tap handoff to a broker, it passes trade details into that broker's own order ticket for you to check and submit. StonksAI does not submit the order. If any of the excluded features launch in a later release, this policy will be updated before that release goes live.

The App is not intended to collect or process the following as part of its released mobile-app behavior:

• Brokerage passwords, session tokens, or any other brokerage credential
• Live brokerage account linking data
• Transmitted trade orders
• Payment-card or bank-payment details for in-app purchases
• Subscription billing data inside the app
• Runtime advertising identifiers for ads
• Location data
• Push-notification tokens
• Analytics SDK telemetry
• Crash-reporting SDK telemetry

If you use the one-tap broker handoff, the App may ask for your broker account number so the handoff opens against the right account. That number is stored only on your device, in the operating system's secure storage, and is passed to your broker's app as routing context. It is not a credential, and it is not transmitted to or stored by us. If any of the above changes in a later release, this policy will be updated.

We may use the information described above to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Verify your email address and phone number
• Support password reset, 2FA, and biometric-login device registration
• Provide the App's planning features
• Apply your persona, risk settings, and tactical-plan preferences
• Personalize App behavior based on your profile inputs
• Display and manage your profile, preferences, and uploaded profile photo
• Communicate with you about verification, password resets, account notices, or support requests
• Troubleshoot service issues, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the Services
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and internal policies

StonksAI includes model-driven and AI-scored planning features. To provide those features, we may process profile inputs, approximate account balance, risk settings, and user-selected planning inputs through our backend planning services.

In all cases:

• Planning outputs are advisory only
• The App does not connect to brokerage accounts
• The App does not place, review, submit or transmit orders
• The App does not hold customer funds or assets

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers and vendors that help us operate the App and its backend, subject to contractual and operational controls. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may include:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Cloud-storage providers for profile images
• Identity and sign-in providers
• Email and SMS verification / delivery providers
• Security and operational service providers

Examples of providers reflected in the codebase and operating configuration may include Google (for sign-in and identity verification), Twilio and SendGrid (for verification and email delivery workflows), and AWS S3 or similar storage infrastructure (for profile-picture storage and signed preview delivery).

We may also disclose information:

• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid government request
• To protect our users, the App, our company, or the public
• In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate event, subject to appropriate protections

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• Account and settings data are retained while your account is active
• Security and verification records may be retained for fraud-prevention, audit, or compliance reasons
• When your account is closed or deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping

Except where a longer period is required or permitted by law, our target is generally not to keep personal information longer than 24 months after account termination.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. These measures may include:

• Encrypted transmission over HTTPS or similar secure transport
• Access controls
• Environment and credential controls
• Session management
• Limited retention of sensitive operational records

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over your personal information.

If you request deletion of your StonksAI account, we will review and process the request in accordance with applicable law and our security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

Please note:

• Deletion of your StonksAI account does not imply deletion of any external broker or third-party account
• Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons
• If certain data must be retained, we will limit its use to those purposes

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using StonksAI, you agree to the following terms:

• StonksAI is provided for informational, educational, and planning purposes only.
• The App does not provide personalized financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• Nothing in the App constitutes an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, instrument, or strategy.
• AI-generated outputs, scores, rankings, watchlists, proposal flows, and related content are tools for user review and judgment, not guaranteed instructions.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating any information presented in the App and for any investment, trading, or financial decisions you make.
• Markets involve risk. Losses can occur, and past performance, simulated results, scores, or model outputs are not guarantees of future results.
• StonksAI is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, complete, timely, profitable, or fit for any particular purpose.
• We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

StonksAI is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the App. We do not knowingly provide the Services to children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@insiteverse.com so we can review the matter.

The App or our websites may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing information directly to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
